A backbone organization or support team helps facilitate communication, coordinate activities, manage data collection and reporting, align resources, and keep the work moving forward.
Understanding the Collaboration Spectrum
Partnerships exist on a spectrum, ranging from basic information sharing to fully integrated systems.
