This registration is for attendance at the 2026 SMART Youth Mental Health Summit on September 16, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Buffalo Convention Center. This registration is separate from the RFP for breakouts, posters, and panels. Please only complete this form if you are NOT coming from a school district. If you are from a school district please complete the registration form through FrontLine via this link.
The deadline to register is September 9, 2026.
The registration fee is $100.00 per participant and covers the whole day, including lunch; there is no partial day rate. Admission is free for college students. In order to receive the college admission rate, you must register using your active college email address. Organizations will be invoiced after the conference. Please email SMART@e1b.org if you require assistance with the registration fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for this event are required by September 9, 2026 by 12 p.m. EST. Failure to do so will result in your organization being charged for the event. All cancellations must be in writing by email to eschuttewatson@e1b.org. Phone calls are not accepted.
